Honda HR-V Facelift Range En Route To Dealers, Launch Imminent

First previewed back in July 2018, the facelifted Honda HR-V RS was originally slated to be launched within the third quarter of 2018. However, due to delays in government approval, the original plan was postponed.

But that will soon change, as a photo sent from reader Dodo indicates that Honda Malaysia has started delivering the facelifted HR-V range to dealerships. This photo was circulating around several chat groups, though the actual source is unknown.

The photo gives us a first look at the non-RS variant of the facelifted HR-V, with the only visible change being the chrome strip at the rear.

Not much needs to be said about the pricier HR-V RS, as this model was shown to the public, for the very first time, at the 2018 Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (2018 KLIMS). Unlike the initial media-only preview back in July, visitors to the motor show were able to view the interior of the HR-V RS, including its unique white leather upholstery.

According to sources, the facelifted Honda HR-V range is expected to be launched in the coming weeks.
