Geneva 2019: Mitsubishi To Reveal Electrified SUV Concept Called Engelberg

Mitsubishi today released a teaser image of its latest creation which is set to be revealed at the upcoming 2019 Geneva Motor Show.

Called the Engelberg Tourer, the concept is an electrified SUV which promises to “bring more SUV, more EV, more technology, and more style”.

From what we can see, the Engelberg Tourer features the brand’s Dynamic Shield design theme, with a huge Mitsubishi emblem, slim and sleek LED headlights, as well as DRLs which run from the headlight all the way until the lower section of the bumper.

There also seems to be a skid plate, wide tyres, high ground clearance, and roof-mounted LED spotlights which hint at what could be a rugged and sporty vehicle which is designed to tackle some rough terrain.

Named after the rugged Alpine town in Switzerland with a history of sporting success, more details of the Engelberg Tourer will be revealed later on, so watch this space.
