Hyundai has facelifted its Santa Fe crossover after a mere three years since the current generation was revealed. However, it was revealed that the automaker is – at least for now – limiting this refresh for the South Korean market.
The revision spans both the exterior and interior, with updated bits made to reflect a more modern yet sporty look and feel. On the outside, the grille’s three-bar design is made a little fancier with a forked look on each bar, the rear bumper and taillights are also altered, there are larger air intakes and its LED daytime running lights are placed above the fog lamps while the headlamp itself is has a different shape as well.
Stepping inside, owners will find themselves facing a newly redesigned instrument cluster, replete with new fonts and iconography. They will also be able to select new optional extras such as adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and a camera-assisted parking assist system.
