Experience Mercedes-Benz S-Class Luxury When You Fly Emirates First Class

Mercedes-Benz and Emirates Airlines have joined forces to completely redesign the First Class suite aboard Emirates' Boeing 777 fleet, drawing inspiration from the Mercedes-Benz S-Class’ interior.

The cooperation between both companies first began in 2014, when design teams exchanged ideas on the latest design trends and innovations. For the first time, aircraft interior designers took inspiration from automotive design in their work.

After three years of work involving numerous drafts and tests, Emirates' new First-Class private suite will now take to the skies.

Elements inspired by the S‑Class include the choice of materials, workmanship processes, the controls and ambient light system. This and other modern technology, such as virtual windows, and a function adapted from NASA space travel is meant to produce a sense of weightlessness to occupants.

Besides the flying experience, passengers flying in the new Emirates First Class cabins can make use of an S-Class chauffeur service for door-to-door transfer to and from the Dubai airport.

With immediate effect, travellers in the Emirates First Class are now also able to enjoy the sense of luxury of our Mercedes-Benz S‑Class above the clouds”.
