Continental Tyre Launches CNY Road Safety Campaign

Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia, in partnership with Shell Malaysia Trading, officially kicked off their Chinese New Year Road Safety Campaign 2016 today. Held at selected Shell service stations nationwide from 9^th January till 31^st January, the safety campaign is aimed at educating the general motorist on cultivating tyre safety habits and prioritise vehicle maintenance to ensure a safe trip during the Chinese New Year break. 

To create this awareness, Continental will be conducting tyre safety and car engine oil checks at 15 participating Shell stations. The campaign will be conducted from 10am to 8pm at each participating Shell station on the following dates:

Customers who participate in Continental’s CNY Road Safety Campaign will receive a booklet from Continental, which details tyre maintenance tips and Continental premiums, as well as a RM30 voucher for a purchase of Continental tyres.

Shell on the other hand will also be giving out promotion vouchers, in which each customer will be entitled to one free petrol cash voucher with the purchase of any Shell Helix or Shell Advance product (Helix Ultra, HX7, HX5, Advance Ultra, AX7 and AX5).

In addition to that, 100 new SIRIM approved helmets will be given away for free to replace any uncertified helmets at each location. These free helmets are courtesy of the Malaysian Road Safety Department (JKJR).
