Carlist.my Drive: Auto Fair 2019 Kicks Off – New Cars, Accessories, Test Drives, And More

After much anticipation, the Carlist.my Drive: Auto Fair 2019 opened its doors today, and will go on until Sunday, 18th August 2019 at the Setia City Convention Centre, Shah Alam.

Hosted by Malaysia’s leading automotive website, Carlist.my, Drive: Auto Fair 2019 offers exclusive deals and promotions from over 30 car brands including Mazda, Subaru, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda, Toyota, BMW, MINI, Proton and Perodua. For those looking to upgrade or purchase a new car, on-site loan application and approvals are available with Public Bank offering interest rates as low as 2.22% (terms and conditions apply).

Endorsed by the Malaysian Automotive, Robotics & IoT Institute (MARii), other participating brands include TRAPO, Pecca Leather, Superlon, Llumar Tinting, Touch’n Go, Maxis, Monster Energy Drink, Smart Cruiser Electric Scooters and Osren Luminous Malaysia are geared up with exclusive deals and promotions packages.

This years’ exhibition is showcasing the new Proton Saga, the Toyota Hilux Black Edition, the new Nissan Leaf, the all-new Mazda 3, the all-new Subaru Forester, the all-new BMW X5, and the Mini Cooper S 60 Years Edition among others.

Visitors are also able to test drive various cars from the participating brands. Car racing fans can also enjoy the sight of the Aleyzo Motorsports Ginetta G55 GT3 and Caterham SP300R.

In addition, this year will also feature a professional drift show from Zen Low & Friends on as well as Subaru’s Russ Swift Stunt Show. Not wanting the kids to miss out, Sony Pictures Malaysia is hosting an Angry Birds play area within the exhibition hall.

As in previous years, the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) is giving out car inspection tips as well road safety tips to visitors. A Road Transport Department (JPJ) mobile counter is also available for those who would like to pay their summons or renew their drivers’ license.

Registered visitors will also stand a chance to win daily lucky draw prizes which include electronic gadgets and holiday packages worth more than RM 50,000 from Carlist.my.
