Be sure to don your mask upon arrival at your nearest inspection hub as a mandatory temperature check and MySejahtera check-in will be required to proceed inside, where hand sanitisers are readily available. Physical distancing of at least 1 metre is also strictly adhered to throughout the hub premises.

We will want you to spend as little time as possible outside your home so will do our best to make the inspection process done quickly but thoroughly. However, prior to that, a complementary disinfection of your vehicle will be carried out.

During the inspection itself, CarlistBid personnel will be wearing face masks and gloves at all times to prevent any cross-contamination and reduce as much surface contact as possible.

And once that is over, processing of any transaction and handover of vehicles will be handled in a contactless manner as well, taking all precautions to keep the end-to-end experience as safe and health conscious as possible.
