BMW Malaysia Celebrates Its Dealers For Record Breaking Year In 2017

BMW Group Malaysia recently hosted its 8th annual Dealer Awards Night, in appreciation of the company’s record-breaking performance in the year 2017. BMW’s dealer awards recognises outstanding performance of individuals and dealerships across its BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands.

BMW Group Malaysia achieved all-time high sales figures in 2017, with a total of 12,680 units sold across its BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad businesses. The figure also marked BMW’s seventh consecutive record year, selling 16% more vehicles than 2016, when the Group sold a total of 10,906 vehicles.

BMW Group Malaysia has 20 BMW, 11 MINI and 10 BMW Motorrad dealerships across Malaysia.

The BMW Group Malaysia dealer awards acknowledged exceptional performances in the areas of Aftersales and recognising individuals at the levels of Head of Aftersales, Customer Service Officer, Technicians, and an additional Open Category.

Awards for the MINI brand were handed out for four categories: MINI Top Dealership, MINI Top Sales Manager, MINI Top Sales Advisor, and overall MINI Top Dealership. The MINI Excellence Club Award to honour the best overall MINI dealership in Malaysia went to Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur.

With regards to its BMW Motorrad brand, awards were handed out for outstanding Sales Managers, Sales advisors, and Aftersales services.

BMW Group Malaysia also acknowledged outstanding performances in the areas of Financial Services, Quality Officers, Retail Marketing, BMW Vision Club 2017 (awards individual accomplishments in sales), and BMW Excellence Club Award 2017.
