However, Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department Director Datuk Azisman Alias said that the offer does not cover court lawsuits, major offences, heavy vehicle offences and the summons for exhaust modifications issued earlier this year. He added, "During the campaign period, all summons payment counters in the contingent and the District Police Headquarters will be closed to reduce the spread of COVID-19 infection during the Movement Control Order 3.0 period. The discount offer is in an effort to support the government’s intention towards providing cashless payment services during the COVID-19 outbreak situation” Members of the public that wish to pay for their summons are encouraged to do so through PDRM's official portal and the MyBayar Saman application (downloadable on the Google Play and Apple App Store). Azisman further added that the MyBayar Saman application has also been optimised to enable companies and business entities to register as users and subsequently make payments using the application.
