2015 Suzuki Swift RR2 Limited Edition Launched From RM70k

Suzuki Malaysia have officially unveiled a new limited edition Suzuki Swift RR2, a few months after the refreshed B-segment compact hatch was launched in Malaysia. Priced at RM69,888 for Peninsular Malaysia, and RM72,524 for Sabah and Sarawak, the Limited Edition RR2 joins the other three variants – GA, GL, and GLX in the Swift lineup. The prices indicated are on the road with GST but without insurance and includes a 3+2 year warranty.

Based on the Suzuki Swift GL, which is powered by a 1.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 95PS and mated to a four-speed automatic transmission, the Limited Edition RR2 receives several visual enhancements that allows it to stand out from the standard Swift model.

First up, 16-inch Gunmetal multi-spoke alloy wheels replace the standard GL’s silver-painted ones. The Swift RR2 also gains a body kit featuring extensions to the wheel arch that lend a more muscular feel to the hatch. Rounding things off are decals located on the hood and side of the car. Customers will be able to order the car with a choice of two colours – Bayside Blue and Supreme Red.

The interior remains unchanged from the GL variant with a premium audio sounds system with USB input and four speakers and premium meter cluster design.

Safety features remain the same with  dual SRS airbags, Brake Assist (BA) Function and Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Braking Distribution System (EBD).
